He saved me when someone else in his position might not have spared me another glance. I was pretty, innocent and young. I was the perfect target for the courts and Bianca was eager to make me one of her play things. Thomas stepped between us and claimed me as his; I’ve owed him everything ever since. I don’t expect others to understand him or our relationship but I will always be there for him. Others see me as food, a victim, but that isn’t the case at all. If I were to make a choice, I’d choose Thomas.

I wasn’t able to find him when I first arrived to the city but I searched. I’d been in the Halloween Costume he’d picked out for me and I didn’t think anything better than walking through the streets in that. I don’t believe in luck but Thomas found me. I was in the care of a man named Matthew; someone that I knew might one day be a threat.

I’ve been staying with Thomas but he’s been acting strange. We’ve both been forgetting things. He told me that he was from a time in my future when he’d almost killed me. He was able to stop because he loved me and now, if he feeds from me, we won’t be able to touch. Thomas isn’t feeding, I’m worried but I can’t ask him to, not after he told me that. I’ll think of something.

I didn’t know how weak I would feel seeing Thomas like that. I thought if I could take the edge off I’d feel better. Anger boiled beneath my breastbone but I didn’t want to tell Thomas. In order to keep it from him I searched for an escape and landed in the arms of another Vampire. At first it was fine, I didn’t tell Thomas about Matthew but the guilt remained and Thomas noticed the change. I told him at a party and I noticed that something in him changed.

It was the cities doing but also my own. I wanted Thomas and I knew that he wanted me too. It was after another party, where drugs, alcohol and sex consumed those present. At the end of that night I realized that nothing would be enough. The next day I convinced Thomas to feed on me. I’d do anything to not only keep him feed but also to make it so he could touch me. I have my methods and its better this way. This way I’ll be able to stay with him. We have now pulled Eliot into bed with us.

Matthew was hospitable while I waited for Thomas to come get me. He owns a brothel in the Red Light Districted which is fitting for a vampire of his nature. He isn’t exactly like the Red Court vampires but they have many similarities. Much like the Red Court, Matthew drinks blood and peddles in pleasure. When Thomas arrived he made it clear that he too wasn’t human and that I was his.

I’ve spoken to Matthew a few times since. In my attempt to escape my future I followed him home. I found out firsthand how much alike he was to the Red Court Vampires. I wasn’t going to tell Thomas but he eventually found out.

I do want to learn more about Matthew, a part of me also wants to feel him again. He’s originally from France and unlike other vampires he told me the year he was born and that his name was changed when he moved to England; a change influenced by his sister. I don’t feel as if I have any grand stories to interest him. I am usually seen as very little in the eyes of other vampires. I worry that he’d use me to get to Thomas. It might not be true but I can’t let that happen.

He was one of the first people I met in the city and was one of the two to escort me to Matthew’s brothel. He’s interesting though I don’t know very much about him. He works as an escort and many of our talents are similar. I feel as if we have a lot in common though we aren’t close.

He held a contest that I later won. We were supposed to write a story and name a constellation. My name was Fritz and while it wasn’t a perfect story I think that Eliot enjoyed it. He sounded as if he was worried about me then. He suggested I become an escort as well though I’d have to ask Thomas first. He thought I was on drugs when I first arrived, he isn’t technically wrong but it was a little more complicated than that. Eliot might be a good contact if I need to find another way to escape.

Eliot is more complicated than he lets show. I offered to help him when I could but there is probably little I can do. He threw a party filled with drugs, alcohol and desire. It was an interesting night.

He was someone that Thomas and I pulled into bed with us. Thomas was honest with Eliot and I could tell that the man was more smitten with Thomas than myself however I don't really care as long as I will be able to touch Thomas.

She the first person I met in the city and was one of the two to escort me to Matthew’s brothel. She’s sweet and kind and truly worries about others. I remember seeing the Wizard of Oz when I was young but I never thought I’d meet the good witch. She trusted Matthew and in the end it was why I decided to trust him too.

We ran into each other a few times; shopping. Glinda loves shopping and we talked a little bit about Thomas. It’s very odd but maybe this is what it is like to have a girlfriend. I won’t let my guard down but I’m interested in her. What makes someone good? Who guides her when she feels lost? I met her again at a party that all the Chosen were invited too. She seemed distant. It worried me.

I spoke to her again after that. I wanted to make sure she was okay. We had tea and I brought cupcakes to her home. She had a beautiful home.

We spoke very briefly.

This is his third time to the city, this is something that I’ve been told happens often. He is a many of very talents and while it was a short meeting I get the feeling he’s old than he appears. His views seem more aligned with others I’ve met who are long lived. I told him how I arrived but little else.

The next time we spoke he’d lost someone important to him. He asked how I was doing and I humored him, knowing that he didn’t want to talk about the loss. It was all I could offer him.

I know very little about him. He is willing to teach me to fight. I’ve learned fencing over the past few days and Devi suggested I ask him to help me with small blades as well. I’ve been keeping a dagger with me when I go out alone.

He took me to coffee when we first met and told me a lot about this City. He is a Hedge Witch and an empath. He has a lot of spells and ruins that protect him and he offered to teach me some. I’d like too, for Thomas.

I don’t see Rhys a lot but I know that he’s around. He’s a close friend of Eliots and Kate’s and the other person to have judged the story contest. He was also at Eliots party and we took a shot together. I think there is more to him than he lets on but I know that he’s a good person at heart. He seems the type to like to help people though I don’t know his reasons.

He asked me to crochet him a few items. I looked forward to the task and I hope he likes them.

He tells amazing stories of this one character. I have a feeling he’s more invested in this character than he’s letting on. He talks about it as if he’s talking about his own life. I really enjoy listening to his stories and I keep asking him for more.

I only see him at parties but he doesn’t appear to mind when I ask for more. I think he likes talking as much as he likes the distraction.

We only spoke once so far but we talked about a lot of different things. She told me about her world and I told her some about mind. We talked mostly about alcohol since she was interested in drinks.

Kate was someone I met first through the phones they’d given us. She’d been announcing the opening of her bakery. We spoke and she said that she’d consider hiring me on a trial bases. Accepting her terms we met and she continues to teach me different things at the bakery. She’s a hard task master but not as hard as others I’ve had. I pick things up quickly and Kate is a very good teacher.

With this I’m able to make some money and support both Thomas and myself.

I’ve only seen her outside of work a few times and one of those times she was heavily drugged. She didn’t strike me as the sort of person who relaxed easily..

He was practicing in the park with his arrows when the video began. It was rather interesting so I replied to the pair. The girl left quickly but I talked to Clint for a bit. About his inventions, arrows, and the city. He said that it wasn’t very dangerous and he preferred to be prepared. I keep hearing different opinions when it comes to how dangerous the city is and I wonder which are true.

She was the one holding the video when Clint was showing off his arrows. She has a power of some sort but I couldn’t see it. We spoke very briefly before she turned the phone over to Clint.

We first met at Kate’s bakery. We talked about a few different things and I learned about his sister. He is an interesting man and someone that I hope to learn more about. I think I surprised him which I consider both good and bad. He’s been in the city for a while and told me a little bit of its horrors. There was once a forced tournament where chosen fought to the death.

Death isn’t permanent here but I doubt it’s pleasant.

I ran into him again after telling Thomas about Matthew. It continued to gnaw at me and I sought comfort in company. I helped him to the ocean and then to his apartment. We talked about his home and a friend that he’d lost. I don’t know him well but I doubt she blames him for any short comings he thinks he has.

I was given an open invitation to visit and considering he lives close, I decided that this would be a good option for when Thomas and I can't be close. I look forward to seeing more of him.

She was an interesting person to meet. We talked about fighting and she offered to train me. The next day we met and talked a bit while I received instruction. She asks a lot of questions and while I didn’t tell her much it felt as if we had a great deal in common. It was nice to talk to someone and to learn something I might have to one day use.

We spoke again after several of the chosen had disappeared. People were losing friends and I think that Devi sought an escape. She wanted to ask people comfortable questions about sex as well as other topics. It’s something I happen to know a lot about so we talked.

I think I embarrassed her.

We spoke when she first arrived and I found her views on life interesting. We went shopping and had a nice afternoon. I don’t have a lot of expendable income but I let her pick out some clothes for me. It was fun and a little surprising.

She’d been in the city before but she’d left shortly before Thomas and I arrived. I enjoyed talking to her and we went out for drinks. She had said that someone did that for her when she first arrived and since she missed my arrival she wanted to do that for me. It was very sweet of her.

We spoke again at Eliots party. It was good to see her in high spirits and I admit I like her. She’s charming and she makes me want to have fun. My own needs need to come second to Thomas.

Another person to disappear and return; I wonder if I will be freed of this place, only to be drawn back again. He was frustrated. Another boy named Harry and apparently well-known where he’s from. He was interesting. He gave me a warning about the chosen and of a man named Tom Riddle. I don’t trust anyone, even those I like, but the warning was sweet of him.

We first met at a party filled with drugs and other ways to relax. He bought me a drink and we spoke for a short time. He’s been in this city for over 3 years. I imagine he has many stories to tell thought there wasn’t time to heat them all.

Later, when I was offering commissions for items to be crochet, he asked for a few items for his friends. I didn’t think I knew him well enough to guess the colors or styles he wanted but after a short talk I got an idea. He’s a very interesting man.

I talked to her once at a party and I admit I didn’t get a good idea about her. She is an escort, similar to what I’ve done and it’s obvious she does her job well. She’s beautiful but contained, giving those who seek her affection something to unlock in her. In the end, I’d describe out conversation as interesting.

He’s a man who has suffered many losses. I first met him after learning of my future. I didn’t know what I needed, I thought being alone would be best but in the end I was grateful for the company. He spoken about random things: the ocean, freedom, his restaurant and we shared many of the same views. He didn’t do anything to help but I felt better.

Much the same as Thomas, Killian forgot something except I couldn’t help him remember what it was.

The next time we spoke he was singing a song, saying goodbye to those he loved. I offered to keep him company though we shared little about our pasts. He taught me how to make one as well and I said goodbye to the me that will die in the future.

I know nothing about him but feel comfortable around him. Perhaps that lead to the incident at the party. I can’t say I regret it.
