Rei doesn't last much longer. Everything about her quivers and while there's no explosive scream, it's clear by the way she stiffens and then suddenly tenses up completely what's happening. She gasps softly, her release coming in several quick pulsing waves that have her legs shaking against the floor and her fingers tightening uncontrollably.

When it's over, she sags, deflating against the couch like a tire with no air, chest heaving.
