The kiss is a little strange, because while Rei can't feel it...she gets the implication. The look in Justine's eyes and the overwhelmingly positive emotions in her are enough to dry Rei's mouth. She awkwardly takes a drink of the cider to clear her throat, swallowing but definitely not doing anything that would say Justine's gone too far.

"T-Thank you, Justine."

She stops, fingertips hesitantly reaching back up to touch Justine's cheek, cupping it this time. Rei's only been this close to one person, one time, and if Galaxia hadn't interrupted Minako, who knows where that would have gone. She can think of a few places she would've liked it to go, now...after college. But right now, those are just a background murmur next to the pounding of her own heart and Justine's face.

"I...think you're really just beautiful all over. But you probably hear that all the time."
