The party was in full swing by the time Rei arrived, as she had a few times already. The energy of it was pleasant, unlike most. Something about this time of year really made things click in Rei's brain, and a part of her really had enjoyed the night out with Yuri the other day and she hoped perhaps to recapture some of that magic. Unfortunately her friend was nowhere to be seen, but Justine sitting on a haybale off to one side with a donut and mug of cider was just as welcome.

Approaching with her own treats, Rei gestures to the spot next to the dark haired book saleswoman.
